Pantera Minerals Limited (ASX: PFE) is a forward-looking critical minerals exploration and development company focused on advancing projects in critical minerals across the United States with a particular focus on its projects located in Southwest Arkansas.
With newly acquired mineral leases covering historically productive ground, Pantera is positioned to re-establish exploration in a district that has seen no systematic modern work for nearly a century.
The Company is committed to leveraging modern exploration methods – including geochemistry, geophysics, and advanced modelling – to unlock value in regions historically mined for critical minerals, which are recognised by the U.S. government as essential to supply chain security.

- Barnaby has over 30 years of investment banking, international investment and market experience with positions at JP Morgan (New York, Sydney, Hong Kong), BNP Equities (New York) and Prudential Securities (New York).
- He is currently Chairman of Arizona Lithium (ASX:AZL), Director of Lord Resources Limited (ASX:LRD) Non-Executive Director of the National Stock Exchange (ASX:NSX) Non-Executive Director of Diablo Resources Limited (DBO:ASX).

Tim Goldsmith
- CEO of Rincon Mining Pty Limited until the asset was sold to Rio Tinto for US$825m in March 2022.4
- During his tenure, Rincon significantly increased its resource to over 11Mt of LCE, changed its DLE process, constructed & operated a DLE pilot plan on site, prepared a PFS study and concluded a sale process.
- Pantera will leverage his experience to assist in developing its lithium brine potential.

- 12+ years’ broad legal experience.
- Specialised in advising large & mid-cap companies on energy, resources and regulatory matters providing advice to resources companies, including Rio Tinto Exploration, Northern Star Resources, Billabong Gold, Western Areas and De Grey Mining.

- 20+ years of Oil and Gas experience including E&P Operations in both rural and major municipalities
- Extensive land development experience across New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas Manager of leasing and operations for Pantera

- Local land and ranch owner
